    My wife (Virginia B.) is a patient of Dr Verma. He ordered a brain scan and extensive bloodwork due to her medical condition. Since Dr V visits the Katy location every other week, the timing of communications was a challenge and difficult to get answers. Then Tina stepped in and she was amazing. There was an issue with the brain scan order and she contacted Dr V. He called my wife the next day and cleared up the issue. We were not sure about getting the results of the scan, since my wifes appt was 3 weeks out. I went to the office to talk with Tina and she sent a message to Dr V. He called my wife the next day with the results. Tina also provided a copy of Dr Vernas office visit report and written report of brain scan. When the blood work was finalized by PCP, I took the results to Tina and she scanned them to Dr V. He called my wife the next day. Obviously, Tina has a good rapport with Dr V to handle these items so efficiently. This truly helped my wife get medical answers in a timely manner and keep stress to a minimum. Tina is pleasant young lady to talk with and extremely helpful. Obviously, I was very impressed with Tina and Dr Verma. Rick B.
