Todays Visit was great. Came in for a check up. Walking in i was greeted by Jerminee, Melody, and Kaylyn. Check in and out was very quick. Great atmosphere from start to finish.

I discovered the Katy location after Covid-19 and I have be very pleased with the service and care that I have received. Dr. Morello is outstanding and listens to what you have to say, his assistants are always so helpful.The front desk staff is just amazing, especially Melody. Keep it up guys!

I was at Katy location for a follow up on eye surgery the day before. I had a friendly greeting by Melody and Jerminee. I went for coffee and they realized it was cold and got me a fresh cup. I was also assisted by having my lense removed from my glasses so my left eye would not be over corrected. I have had multiple visits while I get cataract surgeries. Everyone has been very friendly as they efficiently handle my procedures.

After recently diagnosed with glaucoma I was sent to the Mann Institute. You are greeted with very friendly receptionists Melody and Jerminee and my doctor , Dr Burr is truly amazing. I feel strongly the high tech equipment and drs experience get to the correct diagnosis and solution for whatever eye condition you may have. Ive had several follow ups, and very impressed with the concern and expertise to get to the correct outcome.
