From the moment I walked in to the moment I left they treated me like I was the only patient there. Dr. Pope was amazing at explaining everything & has a warm personality. The assistants all knew what they were doing. They even gave me a copy of their test results & office notes as I left. I would highly recommend the Mann Eye Institute.UPDATE: During my most recent visit I actually talked with an Optician, Jayson Morgan. He was so nice & fun to talk with. He was knowledgeable about my old eyeglasses & the issue I was having. He gave me some new nose pads that helped clear up my vision problem. They do not accept my vision insurance plan, so I was unable to purchase my mew glasses from them.
