I CAN SEE AGAIN! I knew that the cataract in my right eye was so bad that my left eye was doing all the work. I had stopped driving at night about two years ago. I could no longer handle the glare from the oncoming car headlights. I juggled between two pairs of glasses. One pair of progressives for daily living and another pair of computer lenses for work. I was getting to the point that neither pair of glasses was perfect. There was always some blurriness or distortion. It was time to have the cataracts removed. I scheduled my procedure with Dr. Mary Green at Mann Eye in the new Fannin location. Dr. Green explained that the Panoptix lens would be the best fit for me. She was absolutely right! She removed the cataract in my worse eye first. I was seeing well enough the next day to work on my computer without glasses. I was thrilled with the results of the first eye surgery. I didnt realize how bad my left really was until I had my first cataract removed. By covering the eye with the new lens, I could see how bad my vision was in what I thought was my good eye. Everything was hazy and yellow in my cataract eye. I couldnt wait to have the second surgery. I cant begin to describe how sharp, crisp and clear everything is now that I have had both cataracts removed and upgraded to the premium lens. Colors are more vivid and bright. Had I known what I was missing, I would have done it sooner. Dr. Green and the whole surgery team were amazing. The surgery staff are knowledgeable, compassionate and caring. Thank you to Kelli, Amy and Aaron for making the process a breeze. I highly recommend Dr. Green for your cataract procedure.

Fast, friendly, and professional service! Technician took me promptly and ran thru the courses of testing. Wait time for the doctor was mere minutes and Dr. Chin took time to explain the test results, outline the course of treatment and worked with me to find the prescription that was covered by my insurance and would be the most cost-effective. She recommended a follow up to ensure the medication was working as my situation required it and made sure to ask me if I had any other questions that she could address. All in all a great experience!
