I had my LASIK procedure done in 2019 and have gone for annual checkups at this location ever since. They always provided excellent service and my most recent visit was no different. Merida, Marlena and Dr. Chin walked me through my examination, were very informative and made sure I left with all my questions answered and well taken care of. I highly recommend this location.

I have been going to Mann Eye for 40 years and had the best experience this past week. My technician, Vanessa, was the best. Although I knew what to expect, she explained every test to me in detail. She should train every medical technician in the city on how to treat their patients.

Absolutely awesome staff. from beginning to end.I came here after visiting a competitor. The difference was phenomenal. First, the staff was professional and helpful throughout the testing. The surgeon, Dr. Mann, took the time to meet me before the surgery and examine me personally. Im self insured / self pay so transparency in billing and details was important to me. With Mann Eye Institute everything was out in the open, no disguised descriptions in their statements, no hidden fees, everything was straight up honest and transparent. Their competitor located in Clear Lake was 60% higher in their charges with multiple hidden fees, undisclosed fees, and additional charges for every item they could legally get away with. Mann Eye Institute provided EVERYTHING for one set (and reasonable) fee, including complete follow up for 1 full year of post-op care for my lasik and cataract surgery. After personally experiencing the difference between the care at Mann Eye Institute AND their primary competitor, I can honestly say that I will never go anywhere else for my care. I would recommend anyone needing optometric specialties to Mann Eye Institute!
