    Simeen Jhaveer is fantastic and the facility is clean, professional, and up on the latest technology. However, I was a patient of EyeExcellence that was merged with Mann Eye. Since then, the care has become less personalized and more generic. My new complaint is the new service charge of 2.5% when using a credit card. Supposedly it does not exceed their CC charge and does not apply to debit cards (which I used) but a CC charge is a cost of doing business for the convenience of your patients. This seems like a way to boost revenue and had me grumbling the whole time there. They also stopped taking AMEX which was another kicker. If it wasnt for Dr. Jhaveer and Debbie, I would be looking for another eye doctor.
