The experience of my recent appointment was near to excellent. There was a technician, Merida, and two doctors, Hacopian and Nguyen, involved in my assessment. Their jobs were nicely done. Just about everything went flawless. Kudos for them. The two items the center needs to improve: the report of the visit is not yet accessible on their portal. I was told that by the next visit in 4 weeks I would have a copy. This is unacceptable for a digital world where we live in. The second item is parking. When checking out, the parking should be taking care off so one does not have to pull cards again when leaving the parking.This new facility is amazing and well organized. The check in was efficient and modern for the digital world. I trust they will keep improving as it appears to me as a customer oriented organization.I highly recommend this center and the personnel who interacted with me.

The Mann Eye Clinics new offices are a bit too big and too busy, and the staff seems a bit overloaded, slightly distracted and less personal than when I visited Dr Green in her old location. But Dr Mary Green herself is wonderful, the epitome of professionalism and medical expertise. I HIGHLY recommend Dr, Green!
