I had lasik eye surgery here a week ago. I told my roommate about it then she had hers done here the next day. While we are both happy with our results, we both agree that the bedside manners of the staff during lasik are poor. When I had my procedure I was very nervous and the staff were impatient. They acted like I had no reason to be nervous when My eye is getting almost popped out and my vision goes black. I never mentioned this part of my experience to my roommate until she brought it up after she had hers done. She said they were very rude. One would think a doctor and his staff would be more understanding when encountering nervous patients.

I was in a bad mood when I arrived at Mann Eye Institute, January 8, 2020, but the ladies at the front desk were very kind with me. I thank them much for that. Vanessa (OA) took me back and performed all tests and exams to prepare me to see Dr. Binder. She, too, could probably feel my attitude. Thank you, Vanessa, for helping me with my eye care needs before seeing Dr. Binder. Dr. Binder, thank you for your caring and thoroughness and for all your knowledge and skills ... and for all the laughs. I walked out of your office feeling better than when I arrived. I like your bedside manner, very down to earth, although very professional. Again, I thank all of you, beginning with the ladies in the front office with Mann Eye Institute, for your courtesy and kindness; your professionalism.
