Knowledgeable and professional service except for scheduling disruption caused by one person. The front desk does not need to change appointments for treatment plans already in the system. Whoever did this moved two of my appointments for treatment which would make the treatment plan unacceptable and not meet the guidelines established for treatment . This created total stress for the staff and myself because I drove for over an hour and paid toll fees to get there on time only to be told I did not have an appointment. The staff did help me to get my treatment but everyones schedule was pressured including mine so I had to cancel other appointments because of the delay.

Dr Green and her staff are great. I have been coming to Dr Green for over 20 years and so has my family. While I have always been able to accompany my elderly parents including during pandemic times, today a tech decided that I could not accompany my dad and that was always the policy. The fact that this is not true because just last month I was by my moms side on the same building. I have a time constraint today, but otherwise I would have left.

Wow. Out standing customer service . Ive never been happy with a progressive lense before . Ashley Williams is a majician. If you are afraid of progressives go to her . Dr. Brunson was super. The wait was not painful and The exam was quick yet thorough. I will be back .
