Employees and staff were very nice and considerate.I am on Medicare and had cataract surgery for both eyes. There was a consultation fee of $385, and I specifically asked the woman at the front desk if I would be charged anything else and she said; that was it. I suppose she thought I mean in the doctors office.I was never informed of the surgery facility use fee of $250 + $35 co pay which was charged when I went in each time for each eye surgery.I can understand the charge; I just like to know what I am going to be charged and that is why I asked. I looked through the paperwork and didnt see it in the paperwork either other than that I would pay any unpaid balance.The surgeries went great and I am happy about that. I just feel I should have been unformed of these charges prior to the day of the surgery.If someone can show me where I was given that information I will stand corrected.

I went to Mann Eye Institute for a free consultation to learn more about LASIK. The staff and doctors were very friendly and answered all my questions. Overall it was a good experience and I feel like I have a better understanding of the procedure/process.

Dr. Green is the best! Nuni the Tech is AWESOME! You really want competent, friendly, and professional people working on your eyes, and he did a great job. I think this is the best place for eye care in Houston. But the self-check in program needs help.
