Overall satisfied. Quick, thorough.Only suggestion is that there is no reason to read letters to an assistant when I say I can read them and then easily read the next, smaller set with no problems and the next, smaller set. Also, when reading off the "near" sheet, I don't think it necessary to read a set of letters with "both" eyes when I just read the came set with only one eye. If I wanted, I could read the same set with NO eyes. It's the same 5 letters...

Make sure your let your check in lady know if you've been waiting longer than 15 minutes. Good service, but some issues with their scheduling system. I'll still be going back.

Knowledgeable and professional service except for scheduling disruption caused by one person. The front desk does not need to change appointments for treatment plans already in the system. Whoever did this moved two of my appointments for treatment which would make the treatment plan unacceptable and not meet the guidelines established for treatment . This created total stress for the staff and myself because I drove for over an hour and paid toll fees to get there on time only to be told I did not have an appointment. The staff did help me to get my treatment but everyone's schedule was pressured including mine so I had to cancel other appointments because of the delay.
