Went to discuss if husband was a candidate for lasik and unfortunately he has an unusual shape eye we found out a few years ago. Luckily, for us technology has come a long ways and he went back to see what we should do. We seen a different doctor and was recommended the lens replacement but ouch... the price is out of this world. We will wait and get a second opinion from Dr. Mann (the father) to see if what he recommended the first time. Everyone there is really nice and pleasant. I did not give 5 star because first off we got off on 2nd floor and there was no one there to direct us to the 3rd floor and I feel someone or a Sign should be posted to the customers. Second problem was.... it was over and hour wait before we got to see the doctor. Yes he had to redo the eye exam but that took very little time and we were shuffled from one room, one person to another like cattle. Our appt was at 2:15 and it was after 4pm before we left and of course the traffic was horrible... Other than that the place is great just need to improve of the process..
