    If you want the best of the best this is the place.I have seen their advertising for decades and had several friends who have went here. My usual eye doctor referred me here since my cataracts had reached the point that he could do nothing further with external lenses. I also have had glaucoma for 7 years and the eye drops while they controlled that were expensive, annoying and dried my eyes. So I scheduled an appointment with Mann Eye Institute. They did several hours worth of tests to determine my eligibility for IOL replacement for the cataracts and stents for the glaucoma. This is a very large, very experienced facility for when you need serious eye care. Even though I went here in the summer of 2020 they accommodated me well with reasonable and sane Covid-19 precautions. The testing done was with some of the most advanced equipment I have seen and since they have several doctors and interns working on the case you get multiple opinions as a matter of course. This was in addition to my regular doctor that did the referral. Having spent some time researching the problems myself I was well prepared for the process and the Mann Eye Institute web pages have a wealth of information on them that is accurate and up to date.For the procedure itself three things bring this up as an above and beyond all of the others. First the surgeon himself, Mike Mann, Sr. called me the day before to make sure I didnt have any last minute questions even though I had been given many opportunities during testing. That showed me he truly cares about his patients. Secondly he kept me up to date during the procedure and even though eye surgery is done awake it is still stressful so he did everything he could to lessen that stress. And afterwards he checked on me post-op with the nurses before discharging me. In and out with the dilation prep, surgery and all is less than three hours for my particular case.The improvement in my vision is very good and has enabled me to return to night driving and returned my quality of life to at least as good as it was before. Although not everyone will have both cataracts and glaucoma stents at the same time this was without a doubt life changing.Thank you Dr. Mann and the entire team at the clinic.

    I recently had cataract surgery and the quality of care I received was outstanding! Dr. Paul Mann was my doctor, and he couldnt have done a better job. My vision is now 20/15 in each eye, 20/12 with both eyes, without correction! The staff is friendly and professional and the office runs very smoothly. Ive never had to wait long at all. I am a former ophthalmic technician and have worked for clinics that run patients through like cattle, with patients having to sit and wait for long periods of time. This is not the case at Mann Eye Clinic. I also did not feel rushed when Dr. Mann was examining my eyes.I give Mann Eye Clinic an 11 out of 10 and will definitely recommend to everyone I know!

    It was a great experience. The Doctors are fun and made the experience a relaxing and exciting adventure. I can now see my legs in the shower to shave. No more nicks, lines of missed hair, or trying to see through wet and foggy glasses.
