    Exceptional staff as they immediately greet every patient as they exit the elevator . At first glance, you receive a positive welcome with a smile . Your profile is verified with identification and updated as needed. A tablet is provided to answer all questions with signature for approval. The waiting area is cheerful, clean, decorated for the holidays. The waiting time is minimal as your name is announced to proceed to the next room for tests. Sometimes the various equipment is occupied with patients with a wait time of 1 to 3 minutes minimal. The final steps is proceeding to the Doctors waiting area for a room. Once a room is available, testing and drops are administered for preparation for Dr. My Lan Nguyen, OD, MS. I am so blessed with the exceptional service the doctor and assistant provide. My history is reviewed, results are provided as I received the best news especially during the Xmas season . Thank you for providing the best customer service at billion percent .
