After having not been to the eye doctor for eight years, I was honestly a bit anxious about what Id find out. The minute I got off the elevator, though, I was totally put at ease by a beautiful facility and these two amazing receptionists, whose kindness and expertise set a comforting tone for my visit. My initial diagnostics, done by Peaches, were equally warm, impressive, and she was incredibly efficient.But the real standout was my time with Dr. Noroozian. I mean, Ive seen a few doctors in my time, but she was something else. Her approach was a perfect blend of gentleness and clarity, making me feel valued and understood. She was genuinely engaging, offering her undivided attention, authentic support, and encouraging words, and walked me through every aspect of my care, ensuring I understood. My experience ended on a high note with a wonderful staff member who guided me through my benefits without any sales pressure, and our shared interests sparked a genuine connection. Overall, my experience was beyond excellent. 100/10. I am thrilled to say that Ive found my new eye care professional, where authenticity and care are evidently at the heart of their service. Honestly, the whole experience was off the charts easily a 100/10. I definitely found my go-to eye doctor!
