Short waiting time, very thorough professional eye exam and great staff. The only thing I did not like was paying $7 for parking.

November 11, 2024Liliana (sp?)checked me in - very sweet and patient; thorough.Donna performed intake - great disposition; very knowledgeable; meticulous; thorough; caring; set me at ease (I was nervous).Dr. Nguyen - great bedside manner; very thorough; honest; caring.Her assistant Nancy (hope I got that right) was very ready and fucused for Dr. Nguyen.Stephanie - very nice and pleasant; took all pictures for Dr. Nguyen; professional.Amanda - eye care center; very attentive and informative.Deanne - check-out; very sweet and patient; answered all my questions; provided me with information on how to access the patient portal.The facility was very clean, spacious, and beautiful. Water and coffee available in the very bright lobby.Ample seating in expansive area.----------I was in a bad mood when I arrived at Mann Eye Institute, January 8, 2020, but the ladies at the front desk were very kind with me. I thank them much for that.Vanessa (OA) took me back and performed all tests and exams to prepare me to see Dr. Binder. She, too, could probably feel my attitude. Thank you, Vanessa, for helping me with my eye care needs before seeing Dr. Binder.Dr. Binder, thank you for your caring and thoroughness and for all your knowledge and skills ... and for all the laughs. I walked out of your office feeling better than when I arrived. I like your bedside manner, very down to earth, although very professional.Again, I thank all of you, beginning with the ladies in the front office with Mann Eye Institute, for your courtesy and kindness; your professionalism.
