Having had PRK back in the 90s, my vision was great for about 10 years. I sought out the Mann Eye Institute to help me see better. I went in for Lasik, but ended up needing cataract surgery. The technician's and doctors put me through several tests to prepare me for surgery. Dr Michael Mann performed my surgery. Today my distant version is much better, and I no longer need glasses to see. Thank you for helping me to see clearly again.

I loved my experience at Mann Eye Clinic. They were very thorough and offered professional advise. I really appreciated the assistance of Ashley Williams. Her knowledge of her craft is invaluable. Thanks Ashley for all you do to make Mann Eye Clinic top notch.

I needed to do my annual eye exam and I wanted new frames. This is the only clinic that offered the frames. While there I was assisted by Ashley Williams. She was very knowledgeable of the product and fitting practices for the frames. She took her time and I didn't feel pressured to get the frames. This location is highly professional. During my visit the level of professionalism was noted from the beginning of my appointment until my exit. The Eye Doctors at the office really stood out. They have high standards of care and it flows through the office. I look forward to going back. Perfect place to get service.

I went there because I misplaced my glasses and needed the annual eye check up. I was so impressed by the professionalism from beginning to end of my appointment. I wanted a certain type of framed This location out of all the of the clinics had them. Ashley Williams was the person that helped me. She took her time and gave me genuine feedback on which frames would fit me and my lifestyle. Very knowledgeable of her department. When you go there, I garunteee your experience will be as delightful as mine.

I have always had great service from the staff at this location however this past time Ashlley Williams the optician truly went above and beyond to help me. I broke the last pair of glasses that I had and Ashlley put a rush on them for me. When they came in everything was great...until I walked outside and noticed that they did not include the transition lenses. I called her on the phone and she ordered me a new pair at no cost, you would expect that. She told me that I could keep the incorrect lenses and then she asked if I wanted to just have a whole new set done including the frames and that way I would have 2 pairs of glasses. So I ended up with getting the second pair for just the cost of the frames and now I have 2. Almost buy one get one. It is this kind of customer service that is so lacking in the society today. She didn't give me something for free, she just took a moment looked at differently and made the whole experience better. It made me feel like I was a person and not a "customer". Great Job!
