Able to get appointments and setup new patient status and coverage easily. Admin staff efficient and friendly. Very happy with the medical care from assistants and doctor. They also handled follow-up with pharmacy for me when coverage questions occurred.

I am happy to give my whole experience and the bright, clean, new facility 5 stars. The only drawback is that you now have to pay for parking in the new building car park across the street from their old building but its very spacious and easy to maneuver. I noticed they even have a wall of charging stations for electric cars!! Signage is a wee bit complicated to get to the elevator and I assumed their suite was on the first floor but its actually on the 10th floor. They could use a bit more signage I think.I had a slightly longer than usual wait to be seen but it may have been because I got a little lost finding my way to the office so I was running a little late.Id never been to their new building before. I kinda preferred the lay-out of their old facility and there had been more pictures on all the walls. All these newer medical buildings dont allow decoration on their office walls. Its a shame I think.The check-in desk in their old facility was smaller and a more intimate but they have grown so much I understand the need for so many check-in booths and I believe there is a kiosk too. It felt a little more impersonal since the staff were enclosed in a very large glass square in their lobby but they were still so friendly and professional it made up for it.This facility is modern, bright and clean like their old facility, the staff are friendly and courteous, the tests are performed by excellent, friendly technicians. I moved from machine to machine but each one felt very clean and hi-tec and the technician cleaned the surfaces in front of me. I cant remember my technicians name but he was great.I was then seen mostly by Dr Victoria Chin who was super and sweet. She addressed the tests done by the technician, was extremely personable, and gave me some samples and prescribed an eye drop that her nurse informed me might not be covered after my initial free month. I was grateful she told me in advance. Then Dr Paul Mann came in to chat and do a double check at the end since everything looked good.They already booked my appointment for next year. The check-out was fast and smooth and I was very happy with the whole experience except for having to pay for parking now but it wasnt too expensive at $7.50. Dr Chin also recommended I check out the Artwork on the first floor and the statues were truly impressive. ~Rona Lamont
