    Dr. Pope is an excellent, caring professional. Her support staff is unfailingly welcoming and attentive throughout my visits. It is clear that Dr.Pope treats everyone involved in the process of examining eyes with respect, and that spirit is reciprocated.

    Wow, what a dream team! It's my second visit to Mann Eye clinic. I have glaucoma that I have been treating for approximately 15 years. People that have it, go to the eye doctor 3-4x a year, so I've already had enough eye doc visits that 1 person goes to in 1 lifetime! Combine that with moving a few times in the last handful of years (thus having to go to different clinics)---It's fair to say, I KNOW EYE DOCS/TECHS/EYE CLINICS! This clinic has been phenomenal. I see Dr. Linda Pope, ophthalmologist. She is an absolute delight, amazing patient care. She's extremely thorough and detail oriented. I trust her opinion and know my eyes are in great hands. Lilly, who acted as the scribe on both of my visits, she was wonderful, very thoughtful, she was quick to remind me of any prescriptions/refills, awesome personality. My tech today, was Lydia, who knocked it out of the park. She is so proficient/talented at the tools in the patient rooms, and getting me prepped for the doc to come in (and sterilizing equip before using it on me!). I felt like I had the dream team of ophthalmology today! Thank you ladies! Other notes for patients: The clinic is one of the "prettiest" I've seen. Expect $5 in parking if you use the garage. My FULL glaucoma work up, which included many-many-many tests was approx 2 hours (and they had a packed waiting room), and my follow up, from time to walking out of car to hopping back in was 45 mins (not very busy waiting room). Lastly, shout out to the registration/billing desk, in-person and on the phone, those ladies have been polite/courteous as well. I'm so lucky to have found my eye dream team! Thanks again to Dr. Pope, Lilly, and Lydia! Dr. Mann, please ensure you do everything in your power $$$ to keep these ladies on your team.
