    I had LASIK and a checkup at Mann Eye Institute. The entire staff - from the phone representative setting up the appointment, to the front desk, the optometrists assistants and the optometrists were SO courteous, professional and diligent. They took the time to really examine my eyes carefully, explain the procedure, follow up and answer all my questions. I felt very comfortable that I was in excellent hands. This is by far the best customer service experience I have had at any medical provider - hands down. Also: special shout-out to Dr Mann who performed my LASIK procedure and Dr Noroozian who conducted the follow up. Dr Noroozian has such a wonderful bedside manner, she was extremely patient, kind, thorough and knowledgeable. I am so impressed and thankful for the excellent people at Mann Eye Institute.

    Both doctors as well as staff deserve a 5-stars. Polite and extremely knowledgeable. My surgeon was Dr. Hacopian. I highly recommend him and his staff.

    Great service, Dr Green is very good and she is well experienced. She has been the ophtalmologist of our family for at least 10 years
