Janet, the optician, was extremely helpful. When I could not find glasses I liked and that met all of my criteria, I knew Id have to go elsewhere to purchase my glasses. Janet asked me if I knew the materials to ask for, and I had no idea. She went the extra mile by reviewing different material options with me that would best meet my needs and wrote each of my selections for me so that I could take that information with me. It wasnt just about making a sell. Thanks, Janet!
