Always a pleasure visiting this office, specifically the glasses shop .I come just to get my glasses adjusted by the optician Ashley Williams . She has all the patience in the world , very knowledgeable , and passionate about her job . She is truly a asset to to your company.

This is my 2nd time visiting Mann Eye Institute and cant be any happier. I was greeted by Brenda and Deanna and was imediately checked in. Not 5 minutes had passed and I was called in by Nancy and had all my exams done in a very cordial manner. Sat for about 5-10 minutes in a waiting room and shortly got taken by Liliana to a Drs office. Shortly Dr Chin and Annabel arrived and were very friendly and assisted me in a very cordial manner. Thanks to all of Manns Eye Institute staff for making me feel special.

THIS WAS MY FIRST APPOINTMENT AT EYE EXECELLENCE AND I WAS CONTENT WITH THE SERVICE FROMALL THE STAFF MEMBERS AS WELL AS DR BINDER WHO WAS VERY PATIENT AND TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN CERTAINAREAS OF MY EXAM.MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS VERY FULFILLING AND I WAS PLEASED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT WAS EXTENDED TO ME. My doctor just joined Mann and I have visited twice. I very much appreciate the easy access, parking, and modern facility. All the professional staff are very pleasant and efficient and make me feel welcome and well cared for.
