If there was a way to give zero stars I would. I was very excited to get scheduled, as I am very interested in getting eye laser surgery. I am about 45 minutes away from my, so this wasn't an impulse type thing, I truly wanted this procedure. This was by far the most awkward situation, as a customer, I have ever felt. The Customer Service was very poor. So poor that I had to walk out before being seen, as they took in patients that arrived after I had already arrived. It seemed like they were racially profiling patients. I have never felt so odd, as I don't usually think that people treat other people differently because if their looks or race. I am Latino and the patients they took in before me happened to be white males that seemed like they were in a rush and their time was too valuable. I would not recommend this location at all. Plenty of Lasik Eye Centers to choose from that will be happy to have my business, but not this facility. Stay Away especially if you are not White.

I had my surgery on December 26, 2019. I went to all of my follow up check up except the one in April 16th, 2020 due to covid-19 pandemic. Today March 26, 2021 I called to set up an appointment to have my eyes check because I was having problem with my eyes. I couldn't see well and I fail my DMV eyes test. They didn't have any record of me in their file. The receptionist said my surgery was too old and didn't have any record of me in file.

Was there for an hour 15 minutes before I was seen by the doctor. Receptionist was a b*tch. Everyone else was nice though. I had another appt. and asked the receptionist how much longer and she told me the Dr. was late that's why I waited so long and when I was seen by the Dr. she apologized for the wait and said her assistant was 2 hours late lol somebody was lying.
