The doctors are decent, it's not Dr Ellis that will do your follow up foryou. Its a random Dr that is handling the patients on any given day.
They stagger a ton of patients in one day and be prepared to wait for at least 2 hours! Bad business practice and bad customer service. I would find a private practice with a private doctor.

This is an update to William Ellis' response.

First of all, your scheduler, Jennifer had been helping me with scheduling. She told me that the deal I originally booked my appointment for would still be honored. It's not my responsibility to tell the salesman up front. That's the first person of contact's job to relay any information.

Secondly, your salesman spoke of prices without any price chart and made up a number. How would anyone know if it wasn't? Especially since everyone qualifies for different deals because of different prescriptions, shouldn't there be one?

I find that extremely unprofessional of you to reply back to my review a year and a half later. Is my review actually helping others veer away from your business? My intention is to bring light to others of the awful experience I've had with your salesman, Pablo. And by the way, you aren't the only one doing free consultations. I am well aware of what type of Lasik I can do.

Rude and rushed. Thank god my husband went for a second opinion at lasik institute in Stockton. They treat you with better care and explain everything way more unlike them. Telling us to take it or the promotion will end will guess what lasik institute charging him half the price they are for both eyes and He has a lifetime warranty on my eyes. And doing both eyes at the surgery so they can heal fast didnt make any sense to do only one eye and then once that heals do the other eye my husband wouldnt of seen for 6 month if he went that way. People do your research and its okay to shop around this is big and Im glad he didnt go with them.

I only did the consultation. I felt like I was at a car dealership, the counselor was lying to me about how bad my eyes are (they're only -1.75) and how bad contacts are for my eyes. Total BS it felt so scammy. Then he tried to tell me since my eyes are so bad, it's going to cost $5400 PER EYE. $10,800 for Lasik. I bolted from there. Went to Scott Hyver, and he tells my corneas are too thin for lasik, and could result in major complications, and that I need PRK. So: Ellis Eye incorrectly approved me for Lasik, tried to exaggerate how bad of a prescription I had, lied about how awful contacts are for me so I need to get Lasik, and tried to charge me over double what Scott Hyver charged. Avoid Ellis Eye!
