11/15/19 Update:<br>It has been almost 10 years since my Dr. Ellis performed my Epi-Lasik eye surgery. I am happy to report that I still have 20/20 vision in both eyes, with no long term post operative complications. I've been very pleased with my results, and have referred several friends to Dr. Ellis for Lasik eye surgery.

I've had a fantastic experience at Ellis Eye. I received my Lasix surgery over a year ago. I recently followed up at the office when I had an issue, and I felt extremely supported every step of the way. <br><br>Dr Chang (female) went above and beyond by not only caring for me very thoroughly in the office, but by later following up with additional information she had researched after my visit. <br><br>Marleny, the fabulous nurse in the office, also went above and beyond by not only calling several pharmacies near my home (and being on hold for several minutes with each call) until she confirmed one had the medication I needed, but by also following up the next day to ensure that I received a call from the pharmacy confirming the medication was ready for pick up prior I departures on a business trip to Washington DC. The professionalism, friendliness, and level of care I received and continue to receive at the San Jose office is stellar and I highly recommend their services.<br><br>Additionally, I cannot express enough gratitude and appreciation for Marleny, what a fabulously kind and committed human being...she truly has a gift for helping one feel safe, comfortable, and cared for!

This is an updated review 2yrs post surgery. I have no complaints, it's all wonderful. The follow up appointments lasted for a year. I would recommend this this procedure at this location, I would however still take the precautions to remove the contact lenses 2 weeks prior to the surgery.

I think this place is scam. They don't honor adverised price on groupon , nor advertised 50% off even though your prescription is under the range. When you are eligible to get discount, they play you around to charge full, they told me to call me back. I followed up 2 times. But they lied they never called me back
