Affordable offer but skeptical and questionable staff! I used to go here in 2014. This place is like walking into a scam call center in Canada with hot heads. Wouldn't be surprised how many times they have had lawsuits against them. Do you notice how the owner argues back to the customers in a rehearsed and painfully uptight script, disgusting. Surgery 8 years again was like the worse nightmare because the badly trained misguided staff didn't do their job correctly and dose me with the pain meds and did not even bother to wait for pain meds to take effect and was lucky to even get out. They didn't even offer the option and nitrogen oxide. No apologies and experienced laughable treatment during Post lasik appointments that didn't take my concerns seriously. These people are in the wrong country to be doing this. And this is not a troll that used different accounts Will! We hardworking citizens outside of the Bay Area know who you people are.

Ive been having scary complications with my eyes and vision lately and called to try to schedule a checkup. Talked to a man on the phone who was rude and talking over me while I was trying to explain my symptoms. He stated only that they dont do surgery to remove floaters which is only 1 of many concerns I have right now. This is a scary situation for people and its hard to know who to trust. His rude demeanor gave me a bad feeling so I will be searching elsewhere for a location who cares about their potential patients.

Update: the owner called me last Wednesday to apologize, so i guess that never happened too? Shame on your customer service.since my reviews begin filtered by the yelp, I will share my story with clients and family, including other major websites.good luck.

I am very unhappy with them. Their pricing procedures don't look very transparent to me...I felt like they were selling me something...rather than giving me a medical service. After having 10% discount thru my insurance, their price for a lasik is way much much more expensive than what other laser surgeons are offering. Also coming to my final price took a long long time...
