DR Binder along with every person in his office were courteous, happy, friendly , and helpful. I was do glad to be taken care of in this office. I will go there whenever I need eyecare from now on. It was all great!

Dr. Binder is an amazing doctor! I have a skin condition that is kind of rare and him and his staff took amazing care of me all throughout the process of having LASIK surgery.The receptionist, Sandra, greeted me warmly every time I walked in the door. She helped me get checked in quickly as well. Savannah, helped me get checked in and everything prepared so I could talk with Dr. Binder. She made sure everything was documented and helped with a few eye tests.I would then see Dr. Binder. He was very knowledgeable and constantly communicated what he saw and what was going through his mind. He was kind, funny, and professional. I saw them initially on September 10th and was told by Dr. Binder I was a great candidate! He thoroughly checked my eyes out and felt comfortable with his findings.That same day they set me up with their scheduler Mariela. She walked me through the procedure and the cost and I felt she answered all of my questions. They even gave me a great price, even better than I was hoping for! After I told her I wanted to do it, she asked which location I wanted to go to and I picked the Woodlands office with Dr. Paul Mann. She surprised me and said they had a 12 pm opening the next day so I took it lol.After she got me signed up, I applied for assistance paying for it over time and was accepted immediately! They have several pay later options to look into which was great. So I was sent home with a few prescriptions and a couple of follow up visits for after the surgery.My granny took me the next day and everything was soon sailing. It was a strange process of the surgery itself but overall not bad. I would recommend this to anyone thinking about it! The staff at the Woodlands was amazing! They gave me a goody bag with sunglasses, a coupon to get cool sunglasses after it is all said and done, instructions on how to take the medicine and what do to care wise, and another medication bottle. I was impressed by everything that had happened.As for after the surgery, I could see better that day, I got to sleep more lol, and they give you fun goggles to wear at night for 5 days to keep from rubbing your eyes at night. I went home with a little pain but two Tylenol fixed that and all was well. The next day I had an appointment in Tomball with Dr. Binder who checked my eyes and went over everything with me on what to do. He told me I had 20/20 vision! I even drove to work after the appointment and sat at my desk working which was great!A week later I had other visit and met Debra and Carrie. Carrie is the optical consultant. She always has a smile on her face and is warm and welcoming just like everyone there. She spends time with each customer to make sure they get what they want. Debra is the scribe and she came in with Dr. Binder to make sure everything was well documented. She was so nice and super helpful to talk with as well. Everyone was so excited for me now that I could see and the doc said I see better that 20/20 now lol!I have one more appointment to do which will be my one month follow up. I am expecting all to be well as nothing has been abnormal yet. I am feeling great and excited to have glasses free vision! I highly recommend Mann Eye Institute for any of your vision needs. They are amazing at ehat they do and made me feel at ease through the entire process!
