My own experience with Mann Eye Institute is incredible!!When I walk in each time I am welcomed with a great welcome, smile and positive attitude from Ms. Jerminee and Ms. Kaylyn. They know me and refer to me by name and let me know they will get me checked in and to have a seat. Each person has a fantastic and positive attitude and make you feel welcomed and relaxed, and that is exactly what one needs when arriving at any office, so thank you Ms. Jerminee and Ms. Kaylyn for being your best always!!!After we get into the office, Ms. Dorthy is fantastic, she provides me all the information and does a great job ensuring I am ready for the doctor and she also ensures I have all the required documentation, thank you also Ms. Dorthy!!!Finally, Ms.Melody does a wonderful job getting me checked out, letting me know about the charges and she is very informative with all things related to charges and documentation related to my visit, so thank you for your help and doing a beautiful job at what can be a difficult position, but she does remarkable and is very pleasant and helpful.These are the persons I see and interact with each time and these representaives make a dynamic team and are positive representaives for this Mann Eye Institute office and I appreciate them and their effort of making my visit easy and very stress free, thank you each and all!!!!!

I always have a great experience at Mann Eye Institute. Dr Nguyen takes the time to answer all questions and does not make you feel rushed. When I needed to choose glasses Janet provided good feedback and was efficient and knowledgeable. She also got me set up with my contacts, all in a timely fashion. Overall great experience.

All was great with the staff and my exam. The only issue I had was that my original appointment was not scheduled properly I took off work early, drove 40 mins in horrible traffic, signed in, took a seat . then was informed that my insurance did not cover the doctor on staff at the time. So I had to come back the next day. It was a huge inconvenience. But I understand; people make mistakes.
