I got my surgery done six months ago and only have good things to say. I've been dreaming since I was a kid to be able to wake up one day and be able to see perfectly. Two things made me want to come and write a review for this office. #1. Safety! Every step of the way the staff helped me with my questions and concerns about Lasik surgery. I felt very comfortable after my consultation about the whole procedure. In addition, before my surgery took place, I was notified by the center that due to some of the pre-start tests not calibrating 100% that I would not be able to do the surgery at that specific location. Some people might take this in a negative light, but I saw it as a commitment to safety and service quality. Rather than potentially give a service that is subpar or unsafe, they suggested an alternative and safe route. This brings me to #2 - customer service. This location is conveniently close to where I was staying with my parents; I currently work overseas and visit the US twice a year so my time is at a premium when I'm home. Unfortunately I did not have anyone in my family in the area to drop me off / pick me up from the clinic that I was relocated to (downtown Houston). I had my heart set on this for months and was shattered that I could not get this done. The staff understood and took my problem into account and discounted my surgery to account for the taxi fare I would have to pay both ways. Justin even showed up to the location to make sure I was alright getting home at the end of the day. Six months later, I'm loving my vision! Thanks Mann Eye!

Went to pick up my glasses on Monday at sugarland June 30 and loved glasses but no one there could adjust glasses told me to wait till Aiesha comes back on 14 to adjust glasses,,,What!,,,,,,today went with my new glasses to Main Street and Amber fixed them to fit my face in less than 2 mins,,,,thank you Amber they are now perfect I wish they all had your training and expertise would have saved me time and an extra trip!,,,,,,

My husband and I could not be more impressed with Mann Eye Institute. From the second we stepped through the door, we were greeted with friendly faces and welcoming words. We went in for my husbands' LASIK consultation at 8AM on a Friday, were seen immediately, went through the entire process (you do get shuffled around but they run it much like an assembly line and it's extremely efficient!) It was probably about an hour and a half of screenings and seeing different doctors...but in the end we were actually given the go-ahead for my husband to have his procedure done THE SAME DAY! We thought we would have to wait a few weeks but the stars were aligned and the staff was so incredible and efficient! We left the office at 10AM for lunch and came back at 2 for the schedule surgery! We have just left and he is now home recovering, it's 4:30 PM! We go back tomorrow morning for his follow-up appointment and he is already seeing clearly! We are so impressed with the staff - I wish I could remember everyone's names, but need to give a special thank you to Dina and Priscilla, Dr. Paul Mann who performed my husbands surgery, and my own personal thank you to Dr. Phillip Brunson who sat by me and explained every step of my husbands surgery while I watched through their window and a large TV screen! Such an incredible experience we had today. My husband is happy, I am happy, and we are so blessed to have found the Mann Eye Institute!!
