I had another exceptional experience at Mann Eye Institute. I had went twice in one week.From the moment I walked in, the receptionist Melody greeted me warmly checked me in.The doctor, Jessica Ustick was absolutely amazing! She took the time to address all my questions and explain my eye health and treatment options in a way I could easily understand. Her expertise, combined with her personable and caring demeanor, truly made me feel I was in the best hands.Dorothy walked me back to the front desk. Her pleasant voice and friendly conversation was great. I think we talked for another 5 minutes after my appointment. She was very nice and personable.Every member of the staff was genuinely nice, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. I left feeling confident in the care I received and would highly recommend this office to anyone in need of eye care. Thank you to the entire team for providing such a positive and pleasant experience.I posted my before and after pictures. I am so grateful for this team of professionals.

I got my lasik done late 2024, and my experience with the staff and the overall procedure was amazing. First there was a pre check to make sure I was the correct candidate for Lasik. During my procedure the staff made the experience less stressful and easy (I am not a fan of any medical procedures but the staff made it the easiest its ever been). The instructions post op were easy to follow and I have had no issues. The staff who made my procedure are: lasik surgeon was Brian Wright, Melody, Rebecca, Amanda A, Matthew, and Amanda K. Everytime I go into Mann eye everyone on the staff is super friendly. Post op I was checked on and made sure everything was running smoothly. I highly recommend going to Mann eye for not only your eye check ups but if youre thinking about Lasik this is the place to go.
