The facility is A-1. The staff is very good except noone told me that my 7:45 appointment was delayed until a tech was available to complete the preliminary exam until 8:30. That's when I inquired and within 5 minutes a tech became available. The remainder of the visit went well. Was pleased with Dr. Vaziri since he didn't yet have my vision medical from Bascom Palmer Eye Institute. But then I received an email bill for $47 although the visit had not been filed with UHC. I consider these to be minor glitches that didn't affect the quality of the first visit. I wouldn't reduce the rating below 4.9.

Dr Vaziri and the staff of Frantz EyeCare are wonderful. Very professional and courteous. The offices are equipped with the latest advancements in eye care - I trust my vision and eye health fully with them.

Dr. Nguyen is always ready to listen to me. She is very professional and never in a hurry. She is concerned about my eyes and wants me to continue to have excellent vision. She notifies my other doctors with the results of my exam. She is the best!
