From a nurse s perspective: the areas were clean including the bathrooms, staff washed their hands ALL staff washed their hands and wiped down equipment. The staff have been well educated in customer service .. They greeted me by name and introduced themselves. Educating the client seems to be a priority and it was well done.

I am recovering from eye bacteria and the advise and treatment from Dr. Franzs staff was excellent. My vision is better and the itching has subsided. As an educator, good vision without agitation is a huge plus and I owe it to the Lehigh staff. Thanks. William E. Harris.
