Very professional from point of entry to completion of visit. First time visit referred by a friend. Most thorough eye exam Ive had. The new office in Naples is beautiful, very clean, state of the art equipment and exam rooms are well equipped and appointed. The associates and the Dr are all in step with each other, well coordinated and organized

Dr. Perzyk recently operated on both my eyes for glaucoma and cataracts. He is excellent, knowledgeable, skillful and very easy to talk to. He encouraged me to call at any time if I had concerns. I was very happy with his professionalism.
