09/17/2021: Having now become a regular patient to this practice and particularly this location, I am becoming well known by the staff. Being greeted at the reception by name and treated with kindness, consideration, and respect reduces the trauma of any visit for failing eyesight. The staff of this practice, and in particular the Fort Meyers site, are amazing people, with the doctors I have dealt with being amongst some of the best I have ever been treated by. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough for your vision care. Thank you as always.

Just had my yearly eye exam and everyone was great. Dr. Strosser was knowledgeable and friendly.I especially want thank Lessie...She was exceptionally welcoming and kind, along with being professional and efficient!My husband also had a great experience.

All of the staff at Frantz are very courteous and professional. Dr. Bachman did an incredible job with my eyelid surgery and follow up appointment. A nurse contacted me the following morning to see how I was doing. Dr. Bachman herself checked in with me later in the day. They made me feel like I was a priority and let me know if I had any concerns that they were there for me. I highly recommend Frantz for all your vision and cosmetic procedures!
