From the moment I walked into Frantz Eyecare, I felt very welcome. The check in process was friendly and efficient, the tech was also very nice.Dr. Rockman and Lessie were great to work with as well.I am extremely satisfied with my decision to use Frantz Eyecare.

Being a patient of Frantz Eye Care has been a very positive experience for myself the past 4 years plus and my husband for 6 years!Dr. Kimberly Feder is professional but has a very warm personality that makes you feel so comfortable and secure. Last year I had the pleasure of meeting an outstanding employee when in the office with my husband for his Annual eye exam . The exam was started by Dr. Feder's assistant/technician "Ellie". Ellie was very thorough, professional, yet the same warm and personable demeanor making us both feel so comfortable. Just as Dr. Feder does. I made it a point last year to keep Ellie's name so I might request her for my Exam this year. I did just that, and was very happy to see her when my name was called today.From entering the front door and being assisted by the pleasant front office staff , being greeted by " Ellie" taken through the preliminary exam, on to Dr. Feder for completion, to being escorted to check out by a young man Rodderick, that shared he had only been employed there for 4 months and was very happy, to check out by yet another pleasant staff member - all I can say is THANK YOU Frantz Eye Care for your exemplary Customer Service and Care .
