When I made my appointment by phone the assistant scheduled me for the Ft Myers office when I requested to go to the Goodlette Naples location where I always go to. When I showed up for my appointment in Naples I was informed my appointment was scheduled in Ft Myers where I never went. The assistant was quick to accommodate me since I waited since January for my appointment to address an issue with my right eye. I am grateful the accommodated me and I now have an appointment with the retina specialist to determine if I need surgery. Tha k you Frantz Eyecare.

One word describes this organization and Dr Frantz: exceptional.They provided cataract surgery on both my eyes and implanted IOLs in both eyes. Exceedingly thorough with the pre-op, post-op and explanations of this amazing corrective therapy.
