My first visit I was nervous due to a recent bad experience somewhere else. The waiting time at FRANTZ EYECARE was very good, I did not have to wait long at all. The staff was very professional as well as polite and friendly. Questions were always answered quickly and with informative replies that gave a lot of confidence. Their testing methods and media were very thorough, and impressive. Doctor Haidet was excellent. Recently I had a second (follow up) appointment with results that reinforced what was experienced during the first appointment. Bottom Line, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

From start to finish these folks smiled and engaged with my wife and I.They were very thorough and very kind.I am grateful for a professionally run Dr office. In this day and age where we all feel like just a number, we felt compassion from the staff and Dr. and we left satisfied that our needs were met!

I went here for my first eye appointment and was taken back by Debbie. She is the absolute sweetest person and is so caring. You can tell she has been working in the eye care field for a long time and knows whats shes doing.
