Ive have been struggling to find a DR that would take their time and properly fit me with a pair of contacts. Old ones kept falling out and I could not see at all. Frantz Eye Care took their time and was very thorough. I finally found my eye DR. 5 stars.

I saw Dr. Bokman for my annual eye exam, and she was thorough, efficient and informative. Frantz is a very busy practice, with multiple physicians and technicians moving patients between exam and procedure rooms. I arrived on time for my appointment and was quickly taken in for a refractive exam and measurements, but then had to wait an hour before seeing her. I finally poked my head out of the exam room and flagged someone down, who found Dr. Bokman. Unlike many physicians who would have ignored my long wait, she recognized that my time, as hers, is valuable. She apologized, offering to bring in the manager, and explained that she had been told that I had left the building. Frankly, I should've asked for her quite a bit earlier, so much of the fault was my own. Dr. Bokman's willingness to proactively apologize to make the situation better was very much appreciated. So, aside from being a capable and knowledgeable physician, she is a compassionate and empathetic professional.
