Dr. Edward and the entire staff were highly professional, kind, thorough, took the time to listen and get to know me. What impressed me is how organized and smooth their entire operation is. When trying to decide what frames to select, expert assistance was provided. 100% happy I went to this provider and especially Dr. Edward. Absolutely OUTSTANDING. Unfortunately, it seems many of todays doctors visits seem to be quite in and out. NOT AT FRANTZ EYECARE. I arrived for my appointment at the scheduled time, and was immediately signed in and my appointment began. I was seen by two different specialists, and then the eye doctor. Each part of the three different exams were extremely detailed and I was consistently informed of the procedures and was told to ask any questions I may have. From start to finish, my exam took better than an hour, and AGAIN that was with NO WAITING in between. I highly recommend Frantz Eyecare with 5 plus stars.
