She's very attentive to the patients needs. She didnt make me feel rushed. I felt like a VIP!Jana (Optical) is awesome too! I had reservations about purchasing glasses at the office due to a very bad previous experience at the office. Jana took the time to review everything with me and was very attentive to what I wanted regarding style etc. She made sure I understood my insurance coverage and my cost. I was pleasantly surprised with the overall cost. It was competitive or better than other eyeglass vendors. She restored my faith in purchasing glasses at the office.
