I was very disappointed yesterday. I arrived around 1:10 for my 1:15 appointment and was not see until 4:20. No one should have to wait 3 hours to see the Dr. I have an app. May 4th and if I have to wait more than 30 minutes I will leave. Someone should have come out to tell us that they were that far behind and given us the option to leave and come back another day.

I just had a Lasik vision correction procedure done at Frantz Eye Care in Fort Myers with Dr. Robin this past Friday, and I couldnt be happier with the services they provided. It was a pleasant experience from the initial consultation straight through to the post-op appointment. Dr. Robin even called me after hours the day of and over the weekend after the procedure to check in and make sure I was feeling ok. I was incredibly happy with the experience from start to finish, and I highly recommend them!

I was extremely pleased with the friendliness, efficiency, and skill of the entire staff. Getting evaluated for potential cataract surgery takes awhile, but there clearly was a workable process in place and the wait time between procedures was acceptable. I am impressed with Dr. Frantz and the options for surgery he is able to present. I feel that Im in the best possible hands and am totally relaxed about my upcoming surgeries.
