I went in for a Laser Vision Correction consultation. I was kindly greeted by Lessie Wright. She thoroughly walked me though the process explaining each test and have great insight to everything. She answered all of my questions and being someone that went though the process herself gave personal experience as well. She is an asset to the company Frantz is lucky to have her and made me feel comfortable that this is the best place for laser correction. Thank you Lessie and Frantz eye care.

It looks like I want a backtrack my statement about the review I put yesterday. They called me and immediately remedy the situation by bringing me in the next day no wait appointment. I recommend this place is there very customer service oriented. My apologies for the bad review, you know how it is when you work through the VA.

I started going to Dr. Strosser and Frantz Eye Care after an appointment at the Ft. Myers location. I wanted an office closer to home (Punta Gorda). The staff and Dr. Strosser are top notch and Im so glad I could get into this office, as they book up very quickly and are a very busy office. I couldnt be happier with the thoroughness, friendliness, knowledge, and compassion that they all show. Jordan at the front desk, Debbie the doctors assistant and others who I dont remember their names are always so helpful and pleasant. Dr. Strosser is very knowledgeable, patient, answered all of my questions and is just an overall nice man. He is professional and very helpful.
