Visited Lehigh office Tuesday Dec 8 for my annual exam and all went well. I mentioned an issue I was having with my eyeglass lenses ( cloudiness almost looked brownish/dirty ) and found out they were out of warranty. However, Connie went to work with supplier and was able to work out replacement lenses with very little cost to me. I am very happy with the Frantz Team and their support. Thankyou and Merry Christmas!

Beautiful facility . Friendly and great check in and check out . Very pleased with Technician who did all the testing . Dr Burch was excellent and I felt very well listened to and cared for.

The staff here were all friendly and efficient and Dr. Frantz himself was personable and thorough. He answered all my questions and did not "hustle me out the door" as some practitioners do. We were told to expect that my first session at Frantz Eyecare would take up to three hours and it did.
