I had the distinct pleasure of a truly wonderful experience at Dr. Jonathan Frantz Eye Center. Over the past three weeks, I had three visits one for an examination and two for YAG surgeries. Each encounter reflected a consistently positive culture, excellent patient engagement, and clear, thoughtful communication from every staff member I interacted with.I was treated with great respect and care throughout. I want to especially recognize the surgical center nursing team Selena, Val, and Emily for their exceptional attention and compassion. Great experience at Frantz today. The lobby was packed and busy but I was seen promptly and on time. The medical assistant who conducted my exam was Chnieya and she was wonderful and highly professional. She did a great job and made me feel comfortable while checking my eyes. I will continue to see Chnieya when I return.
