Dr. Frantz and his team are absolutely the best! They actually care about their patients and their well being. They take time to explain everything they will be doing, help to alleviate any fears or concerns you may have. Dr. Frantz did my cataract surgery this past week I couldn't be more pleased. From the minute I walked in until I left, I felt that I was in great hands. Very organized and efficient office. I had the pleasure of meeting professional staff who genuinely care about you. I was very disappointed yesterday. I arrived around 1:10 for my 1:15 appointment and was not see until 4:20. No one should have to wait 3 hours to see the Dr. I have an app. May 4th and if I have to wait more than 30 minutes I will leave. Someone should have come out to tell us that they were that far behind and given us the option to leave and come back another day.
