Dr. Johnson, her staff from the nurses, the techs to the front desk and eyeglasses/contacts employees are all wonderful, professional and top notch at what they do. Dr. Johnson really listens to her patients and always goes the extra mile insuring all bases are covered. She even took the time to resolve a rebate issue I was having. I feel she went above and beyond the scope and sequence of her job! She constantly thrives to find a solution even after several attempts until patients are satisfied and their eyes are their healthiest!! With their continued support, I will wear contacts!! Her nurse is super efficient as well. Its obvious that patient care is of utmost importance to her and the practice at Franz EyeCare!
