The office was very state of the art and clean. My wait time was very minimal. The young lady that did my eye exam was thorough and pleasant. Dr. Klein was awesome! He explained my procedure, what I could expect afterwards and he took great care of my eyes. I would recommend Dr. Klein and OSM Dearborn!

All the staff members are always very courteous. I work from 6:30am to 5:00 every day, Monday is the only day I can leave early. So making any kind of doctor appointment is next to impossible for me, but they always find a way to get me in on a Monday. So grateful for that. I would highly recommend going OSM, for any eye procedure you may need.

Husband has been having blurred vision for a while now. Cleared up when he saw the doctor. Was Dr. Verb existing patient and he couldnt see anything wrong with my husbands left eye. Blurry vision happens in the morning and doesnt clear up for a few hours. Called today to get him in, he had the blurred vision at the moment and took longer to clear up so they can see whats happening while the blurred vision was happening and the male tech that called me back said to me this isnt a walk in clinic and they cant see him today and doesnt sound like an emergency. Will be Switching offices for sure! I dont feel they take patients seriously! I worked for an ophthalmologist for 12 years and we always brought in emergencies no matter how busy we were! Never going back and never referring anyone to this office!Went to Kresge eye institute since Verbs office doesnt accept same day urgent/emergency situations. My husbands pressure in his left eye was 53!! Thanks Verb for taking my husbands condition seriously! He will also be having surgery after the pressure comes down with the medication he was prescribed. Do not trust this office with your eye sight! Will never be back and will definitely not refer anyone to this office! For the office, do not reach out to us, we will not answer nor respond And we most definitely will not be calling your office!

I'm a first time patient. I had a good experience! They follow safety precautions with masking (FYI).They have a lovely clean waiting room and nice examination rooms.The specialists here are kind and professional. They work very efficiently. My eye exam took about 35 minutes! Overall, I like the office and appreciate everyone's service!

The best experience for surgery. The doctors, nurses, desk staff were all so very kind and compassionate. They answered all my questions and were so very interested in my concerns.
