Dr Kleinfeldt performed my mothers cataract surgery over a year ago. He talk her into this procedure at her very first visit. She had never complained of any vision issues. However she did the procedure anyway because he convinced her she had to have it done on both eyes. She complained after the first procedure that she felt pain while he was performing it. He ignored her and shouted at her during the second procedure pushing down on whatever device he had inserted in her eye causing her pain in her left eye. She has been having sharp pain in her left eye ever since. Dr klienfeldt never once followed up with her after these cataract procedures. What kind of surgeon performs a procedure and does not follow up once with his patient to see if he screwed up . He referred her to another doctor in the practice who is far more pleasant to deal with . If you love your eye sight and love your parents do not see Dr klienfeldft. I have never once heard this doctor address any patient by their actual name. Ive been a patient there for over 6 years. He either doesnt like minorities or hes just a jerk in general. Either way I wouldnt see him as a patient. Hes more interested in performing unnecessary procedures on elderly people than being a doctor.

This is the most arrogant doctor I have ever seen. During the pre-operation visit, he only talked to his technician, the result of the cataract surgery is not good, and he never tried to solve the problems.

I am scheduled for cataract surgery a little nervous, but the office that I go to in Madison Heights is awesome. The doctors and staff are very caring, helpful and friendly. If you have a question they take the time to answer and make you feel at ease. I will let you know how the surgery goes!!

I have been seeing Dr. Chow for about 5 to 6 years, Dr. Chow is the most caring doctor I have ever been treated by. Dr. Chow is a example of what doctors should try to achieve for there patients . I have the upmost respect and highly recommend him as your doctor. J Ballenger
