I have been going here for over a year now and I absolutely love it!! We drive from Pontiac just to see Dr. Ellenberg.The staff is amazing! Always friendly and helpful!! I would definitely recommend OSM.

I have been going here for over a year now. I see Dr. Ellenberg and he is absolutely fantastic!! I get eye injections and I was petrified the first time and he made it so much easier for me!The staff is also amazing! Always so friendly and helpful!We drive from Pontiac to Livonia to see the Dr and it is totally worth it!!!

The times I had appointments went smoothly and Dr. Reinherz (spelling?) was kind and patient with me during my appointment. The reason why I'm not giving 5 stars is because of my most recent experience at the check in desk.I came in for my latest appointment only to be told that my appointment had been canceled and that a voice-mail had been left. Disappointing since I had to take time off from work (that I don't get paid for btw) in order to make it to my appointment and traveled nearly half an hour to get there to find this out. Ended up rescheduling with no issues, then checked the voice-mail they left only to find that the most recent one I got was the confirmation call for the now canceled appointment.I just wish that my time doesn't get wasted like this in the future and that I don't get lied to again. Not cool
