Was at Madison Hights office and have never seen such unprofessional group of people in any medical setting in all my life. Starting as i signed my parent in while waiting the desk people bashing on white people. As a African American my self, I was appalled! Then this female Dr was more concerned with her cell phone and suddenly as we're leaving I thought it was a call girl asking us if everything was good. Come to find out it was the CEO! Dressed in skinny jeans and spiked heels. But then as we go to talk cataract surgery the main thing was something about how fast the doctor's could do it! Scary and unprofessional all around. Must be bad to change name

This was my first visit to the Livonia office everybody was extremely nice staff and Dr. was nervous when I went in but they are all combined made me feel much better and relaxed thank you I will see you in three months !
