Dr k is rushed and spends no time with patients .He was very blunt and I was given the impression he didnt care about the patients..did not even ask my name and abuptly left the room after a quick exam

From my personal experience, if you have keratoconus and have issues with not being able to keep contact lenses in your eyes, you should find someone else to treat your condition.

The times I had appointments went smoothly and Dr. Reinherz (spelling?) was kind and patient with me during my appointment. The reason why I'm not giving 5 stars is because of my most recent experience at the check in desk.I came in for my latest appointment only to be told that my appointment had been canceled and that a voice-mail had been left. Disappointing since I had to take time off from work (that I don't get paid for btw) in order to make it to my appointment and traveled nearly half an hour to get there to find this out. Ended up rescheduling with no issues, then checked the voice-mail they left only to find that the most recent one I got was the confirmation call for the now canceled appointment.I just wish that my time doesn't get wasted like this in the future and that I don't get lied to again. Not cool

Dr. Kleinfeldt is an okay doctor. However, the appointment feels rushed yet he answers your questions. However, the gentleman that handles the prescriptions is extremely rude and condescending. His rudeness is so extreme it takes away from the visit.

Long wait times to be seen by Specialists however, doctor(s) are phenomenal. Appreciated the comfort and support of the clinical staff during treatments. Front office/reception is exceedingly busy yet very professional. My major concern with this group is scheduled appointments running +45 minutes behind schedule (no updates/little concern for long patient wait times). Doctor performed surgery which went swimmingly well however, the office called and left a v/m a week before the scheduled post-op recheck appointment to inform me that the 'doctor wouldn't be in that day--call back to reschedule." Returned the call to reschedule and the doc was not available to re-check the surgical site for another two months! There is significant opportunity for administration to proactively ensure patients are being treated in a timely manner and treatment is producing positive patient outcomes.
